Delivery Terms & Conditions
- All orders will be processed within 3-7 working days. Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order.
- Please expect 2-5 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular) and 5-10 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) to receive the order once the shipment is out for delivery.
- Any changes on delivery address is not allowed after payment is made. No delivery to Post office box address and outside of Malaysia.
- Out of stock items: If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
- In the event of any unsuccessful delivery of the product and/or services by Techhaus, due to your absence in receiving the products and/or services at the designated address agreed by you, you shall solely bear the total cost of further deliveries of the products and/or services to you. You are hereby notified that Techhaus shall give no refund to you for the products and/or services under the aforementioned circumstances.
